This is where we come in. We are Christian and Anna Smith, your Caring Community Team. We live on-site at Forest Avenue with the sole purpose of creating a caring community at Forest Avenue.
Here is a bit of our story:
Christian and I (Anna) were both born and raised in Nevada County and moved to Chico about 4 years ago after getting married. Christian was attending Chico State and graduated in 2023 with a degree in Video Game Development while I worked towards starting my own photography business. Since then, we’ve loved getting to explore the Chico area and getting involved with our church where I am now on staff as Communications Assistant. We have two adorable rescue pups, Piper and Sasha, who are as quirky as they are lovable. I’m sure you’ll see us walking them to the dog park often!
We love to play board games, go on outdoor adventures (rock hunting especially), and meet new, amazing people! We’re so looking forward to meeting you and creating new connections in our Forest Avenue community.

We partner with Creating Caring Communities, a local non-profit organization, to provide a Caring Community Team to enrich residents’ lives.
