Hi Sheridan Square neighbors! We are Genna and Mike Kennedy, your Caring Community Team. We’re so excited to join the Sheridan Square community and look forward to getting to know everyone!
Here is a bit of our story:
We both have strong ties to Chico and are thrilled to be back in the area. We met while living in Folsom, CA, and have been happily married for almost two years. We love spending time together working out, playing video games, and loving on our two sweet (and very spoiled) cats, Bleu and Little. Genevieve grew up in Chico before moving to Southern California to attend Biola University. She’s now a freelance graphic designer who enjoys running, collecting vinyl records, and all things Disney. Michael grew up in Tehachapi, CA, and is a Chico State graduate. He works as a programmer and enjoys playing the cello and cooking in his spare time.
We can’t wait to meet everyone and become a part of this wonderful community!

We partner with Creating Caring Communities, a local non-profit organization, to provide a Caring Community Team to enrich residents’ lives.
